[Trauma related subtalar dislocation of the foot].

Eight cases of subtalar foot dislocation (5 cases of medial displacement, 2 lateral and 1 very rare anterior one) has been presented. On the basis of authors experience and literature the mechanism and the principles of diagnostics and treatment of this injury has been discussed.
