Data from extensive monitoring of agricultural practices, soil health, and wheat grain production in 44 farms in Northwestern France from 2021 to 2023.

This article presents data measured in 44 farms covering a range of cropping practices, soil, and production parameters under contrasted types of crop management: conventional and conservation agriculture. Eighty-six winter wheat fields in Northwestern France were monitored for two growing seasons (2021-2023). The dataset encompasses data about cropping practices (tillage, soil cover, rotation, pesticide use, nutrition), soils (chemical, biological, and physical parameters, including texture), and grain production (nutritional, technological, and sanitary indicators).

Amputation as a life-saving measure for earthquake-trapped patients is supported by WHO and INSARAG guidelines. However, implementing these guidelines in highly stressful contexts can complicate decision-making. This report presents a case of life-saving amputation during the 2023 Turkey earthquake, adhering to recommended guidelines.

Feasibility and acceptability of a serious game to study the effects of environmental distractors on emergency room nurse triage accuracy: A pilot study.

Background: Emergency triage, which involves complex decision-making under stress and time constraints, may suffer from inaccuracies due to workplace distractions. A serious game was developed to simulate the triage process and environment. A pilot study was undertaken to collect preliminary data on the effects of distractors on emergency nurse triage accuracy.

SPARKLE: a new spark in treating oligorecurrent prostate cancer: adding systemic treatment to stereotactic body radiotherapy or metastasectomy: key to long-lasting event-free survival?

Background: Metastasis-directed therapy (MDT) significantly delays the initiation of palliative androgen deprivation therapy (pADT) in patients with oligorecurrent prostate cancer (PCa) with a positive impact on patient's quality of life. However, it remains unclear whether the addition of ADT improves polymetastatic free survival (PMFS) and metastatic castration refractory PCa-free survival (mCRPC-FS) and how long concomitant hormone therapy should be given. A significant overall survival (OS) benefit was shown when an androgen receptor targeted agent (ARTA) was added to pADT in patients with metastatic hormone sensitive PCa (HSPC).
