Aims/background: Recent agents have profoundly reshaped the multiple myeloma (MM) landscape. Their real-world impacts need to be assessed over the long term.
Methods: EMMY is a non-interventional, prospective dynamic cohort, conducted in France, since 2017, with 900 patients enrolled each year.
Purpose: Cranial irradiation can lead to long-term neurological complications, in particular memory disorders. The aim of this prospective study is to evaluate the impact of irradiation of benign skull base tumours located near the hippocampi on autobiographical memory.
Patients And Methods: From 2016 to 2019, patients with cavernous sinus meningioma or pituitary adenoma treated with normofractionated irradiation were included.

Background: The incidence of newly diagnosed meningiomas, particularly those diagnosed incidentally, is continually increasing. The indication for treatment is empirical because, despite numerous studies, the natural history of these tumours remains difficult to describe and predict.
Methods: This retrospective single-centre study included 294 consecutive patients with 333 meningiomas who underwent three or more brain imaging scans.
Lenalidomide maintenance in myeloma is well established. Nevertheless, pomalidomide could provide an alternative. Myeloma patients in first relapse, initially treated in the Intergroupe Francophone du Myélome (IFM) 2009 trial, and subsequently in the IFM 2013-01 phase 2 trial, received four cycles of salvage therapy with pomalidomide plus cyclophosphamide plus dexamethasone (PCD) with transplantation plus 2 PCD consolidation or without transplantation but with 5 PCD and for all patients pomalidomide plus dexamethasone maintenance therapy.
