The genus Streptomyces is a group of gram-positive bacteria that exhibit a distinctive growth pattern characterised by elongated, branched hyphae. Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2), which produces at least five different antibiotics, is a model organism that is widely used in genetic studies. There are very few studies in Streptomyces on the ATP-dependent Lon protease, which has very important functions in every organism and is particularly responsible for protein homeostasis.

However, some patients present with normal conus medullaris level and filum terminale appearance on MRI. This research seeks to assess the intended surgical results in this particular group of TCS patients who do not present with urologic complaints, under the premise that the surgical approach goes a long way in preventing the onset of urologic abnormalities.

Despite potential benefits, engineering communication systems to carry data signals using biological messenger molecules and engineered cells is challenging. Diffusing molecules may fall behind their schedule to arrive at the receiver, interfering with symbols of subsequent time slots and distorting the signal.

Although the bifrontal approach provides good bilateral visual access to the anterior cranial fossa, it is associated with the risk of injury to the frontal bridging veins and superior sagittal sinus, infection, and CSF leakage due to the frontal sinus neighborhood.
Material And Methods: This was a retrospective review of 16patients (nine men and seven women) with large and giant OGMs operated through unilateral extended pterional craniotomy between 2010 and 2022.

Artificial intelligence technologies have been used increasingly in spine surgery as a diagnostic tool. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the convolutional neural networks in the diagnosis of cervical myelopathy (CM) compared with conventional cervical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This was a cross-sectional descriptive analytical study.
