Background Diagnosing anterior cruciate ligament rupture is challenging, particularly due to the subjective nature of clinical laxity assessments. Objective evaluation methods are necessary for consistency and publication in clinical research. This study aims to assess the reproducibility of the GNRB® knee arthrometer (GeNouRoB, Laval, France) across different examiners and to examine the associated learning curve for a junior examiner.

Methods: This descriptive, retrospective, single-centre study enrolled all patients who underwent laparoscopy for the treatment of pelvic ring disruption between May 2020 and March 2022.

Minimally invasive procedures have recently seen an increase in the treatment of pelvic ring disruptions and select acetabular fractures. Similar to ilio-sacral screws, the superior pubic ramus screw is becoming a preferred method for treating unstable pelvic ring fractures. While the osteology of the superior pubic ramus is well understood and has inherent variability, standard screw insertion techniques work effectively in most cases.
