Cranial Neuropathy As Initial Manifestation of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome: A Case Series With Literature Review.

The clinical spectrum of primary Sjögren's syndrome (PSS) extends beyond its classical manifestations. This work explores an unusual aspect of PSS, namely the initial presentation of cranial neuropathy. The study was conducted over a period of 22 months, from January 2022 to October 2023.

Physical activity in Sahara Moroccan hemodialysis patients.

Objective: The evaluation of physical activity for chronic hemodialysis patients is a new approach for patient global care. The objective of this work is to evaluate the physical activity in chronic hemodialysis patients and identify the risk factors associated with reduced physical activity. This is a prospective study for 6 months including 150 chronic hemodialysis patients in the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regionin Moroccan Sahara.
