Efforts to protect germplasm resources of Fraxinus hupehensis (Oleaceae), an endangered species endemic to Dahong Mountain, Hubei Province, China, are facing difficulties due to the deep dormancy of its seeds. To elucidate the molecular regulatory networks underlying dormancy release, an integrated investigation combining physiological profiling with transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses was performed on seeds of F. hupehensis during six critical germination stages.

Current literature reports considerable variability in the volume of processed plasma (VPP) utilized during DPMAS treatment, and there is currently no consensus on the appropriate VPP. We aimed to investigate the relationship between VPP and changes in total bilirubin levels during DPMAS treatment.

Currently, few studies report on the relationship between skip metastasis and prognosis or propose treatment recommendations.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients with unilateral T1-stage PTC who underwent lobectomy between 2007 and 2015.
Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CCA) represents an uncommon variant of primary liver cancer. In recent years, its incidence rate has increased. Thus, it is essential to perform comprehensive investigations into cHCC-CCA to develop suitable treatment strategies.

However, in addition to the retraction and protrusion of the maxillomandibular advancement, these patients may also develop asymmetry. This study aims to use a semi-supervised learning method to demonstrate the maxillary and mandible retraction, protrudation and asymmetry of patients before orthognathic surgery through automatic segmentation of 3D cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images and landmark detection, so as to provide help for the preoperative planning of orthognathic surgery.
