Here we have characterized a new fluorescent ligand PSB603-BY630 that has high selectivity for the human adenosine A receptor (AR). The AR appears to play an important role in regulating immune responses in the tumor microenvironment.

Methods: Our search strategy focused on primary and secondary data sources that described the barriers and facilitators of incorporating the 4Ms Framework in clinical settings. We focused on older adults 65 years and older and followed the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-SCR).
Background & Aims: Checkpoint inhibitors (CPI) account for increasing numbers of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) cases. We aimed to determine the incidence rate and risk factors associated with checkpoint inhibitor-induced liver injury (ChILI).
Methods: Prescription event monitoring was performed on all melanoma and renal cancer patients who received CPI at a tertiary centre between 2011 and 2021.
Purpose: To evaluate the MOVE exercise programme in supporting the recovery of young people affected by cancer.
Methods: Participants in an 8-week exercise rehabilitation programme delivered online by cancer rehabilitation specialists completed self-reported questionnaires at baseline and after programme completion. Assessments included cancer-related fatigue (FACIT fatigue scale) and health-related quality of life (EORTC-QLC-30).
Substance use disorder (SUD) is associated with a cluster of cognitive disturbances that engender vulnerability to ongoing drug seeking and relapse. Two of these endophenotypes-risky decision-making and impulsivity-are amplified in individuals with SUD and are augmented by repeated exposure to illicit drugs. Identifying genetic factors underlying variability in these behavioral patterns is critical for early identification, prevention, and treatment of SUD-vulnerable individuals.
