Background: Maternal hypertensive disorders (HDP) remain a major contributor to maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide, particularly in South Asia, where healthcare disparities persist.

Objective: This study aims to analyze trends in maternal hypertensive disorders across South Asia from 1990 to 2021, leveraging data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare interventions and provide actionable recommendations.

Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis using GBD 2021 data for Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.

Surgical management of an isolated humeral trochlear fracture: A rare case report and literature review.

Introduction And Importance: Isolated humeral trochlear fractures are extremely rare compared to their capitellar counterparts. The articular notch of the olecranon and coronoid process typically protects the trochlea from direct trauma, as it lacks any direct muscular or ligamentous attachments. The mechanisms that lead to such fractures are still a topic of speculation.

Fabrication of Cu/SiC Surface Composite via Thermo-Mechanical Process (Friction Stir Processing) for Heat Sink Application.

For the busting of heat, generated in electronic packages, relevant materials need to be developed. Metal matrix composites may be considered as an option to tailor the properties of a material (Cu) by incorporating an additional phase (SiC) for fulfilling the requirements of thermal management systems. The composite (Cu/SiC) was manufactured by friction stir processing.

Laryngeal Neuroendocrine Carcinoma.

A Comparative Evaluation of Different Irrigation Activation Techniques on Root Canal Cleanliness: A Scanning Electron Microscope Study.
