Introduction: To date, the problem of venous thromboembolism and its consequences remains relevant, despite significant progress in the development of phlebology and technologies.
Aim: In our study, we tried to assess the "danger" of floating DVTs, methods and features of conservative and surgical treatment of patients with floating DVTs, analyze the results of treatment of this group of patients, and draw conclusions based on our data.
Materials And Methods: The results of treatment of 1297 patients with venous thromboembolism for the period 2011-2022 were analyzed.
The Aim Of The Study: To determine the effect of Ademol on the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) fragmentation of the cerebral cortex cells (apoptosis) of rats with traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Materials And Methods: An experimental model of severe trauma was created in male rats using an air pistol. The therapeutic effect of Ademol in TBI was evaluated at a dose of 2 mg/kg intravenously at intervals of 2 t/d for 8 days.
Objective: The aim: Investigate the effect of 0.9% NaCl, HES 130, HAES-LX-5% and mannitol 15% on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with AIS.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study included 100 patients with AIS.
