Purpose: Radioligand therapy is an increasingly important option for the treatment of metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Radiohybrid ligands targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) are a novel group of theranostic radioligand therapy agents for which higher tumour absorbed radiation doses have been demonstrated compared to established PSMA ligands. Here, we report data from ten patients who were treated within a compassionate use program with the radiohybrid PSMA-ligand [Lu]Lu-rhPSMA-10.

An elephant in the glasshouse? Trade-offs between acceleration and transformation in COVID-19 vaccine innovation policies.

Against the backdrop of a failing vaccine innovation system, innovation policy aimed at creating a COVID-19 vaccine was surprisingly fast and effective. This paper analyzes the influence of the COVID-19 landscape shock and corresponding innovation policy responses on the existing vaccine innovation system. We use document analysis and expert interviews, performed during vaccine development.

Sphagnum moss was collected from 21 ombrotrophic (rain-fed) peat bogs surrounding open pit mines and upgrading facilities of Athabasca bituminous sands in Alberta (AB).
