Extracell Vesicles Circ Nucl Acids

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contribute to the development of cancer in various ways. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer of mature lymphocytes and the most common hematological malignancy globally. The most common form of NHL, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), is primarily treated with chemotherapy, autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), and/or chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy.

Sugar-based oromucosal films are easy to administer dosage forms across all age groups within the paediatric population, as they eliminate the need for swallowing or water intake and can contribute to enhancing palatability and medicine adherence. In the current study, electrospun and 3D printed oromucosal films of chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CHZ), a bitter drug, were developed based on pullulan, a natural polysaccharide, and an array of sweeteners.

Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) are promising in mosquito control because they are effective and eco-friendly rather than synthetic insecticides. The current study was conducted to evaluate the impact of SeNPs on the detoxification enzymes, acetylcholine esterase (AChE), glutathione S-transferase (GST), and α-carboxyl esterase (α-CarE), in larval instars of Culex pipiens complex at the LC concentration.

The use of nanoparticles to deliver medications to cells is driving the present surge in interest in improving human health. Green nanodrug delivery methods are based on chemical processes that are acceptable for the environment or that use natural biomaterials such as plant extracts and microorganisms.

Methods: We conducted a single-center retrospective study including 452 Allo-SCT recipients (matched unrelated donor, MUD 61%; haploidentical, haplo 39%) from 2016 to 2021. Data were analyzed using SPSS v28.
