Lipid A, a well-known saccharolipid, acts as the inner lipid-glycan anchor of lipopolysaccharides in Gram-negative bacterial cell membranes and functions as an endotoxin. Its structure is composed of two glucosamines with β(1 → 6) linkages and various fatty acyl and phosphate groups. The lipid A structure can be used for the identification of bacterial species, but its complexity poses significant structural characterization challenges.

In this study, a novel biosensor based on co-immobilized multi-enzyme system was constructed by artificial antibody-antigen-directed immobilization for the colorimetric detection of amygdalin through a cascade reaction catalyzed by β-glucosidase, glucose oxidase, and horseradish peroxidase. Artificial antibodies and antigens were prepared using catechol and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, respectively, to generate mutual affinity recognition ability for enzyme immobilization.

Objective: To explore the mutation of gene in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and explore their correlation with mutations of other genes, clinical features and prognostic of patients.
Methods: High throughput DNA sequencing was used to identify mutations in common blood tumor genes. The mutational characteristics of the gene and the correlation between gene mutations and patients clinical characteristics and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.
