Herein, we report that the LiOH additive can simultaneously delay the aggregation and donate the beneficial aging effect to SnO nanocrystals. The resulting SnO ETLs show the desired characteristics, including a broadened absorption range, reduced defects, improved transporting properties, and decreased work function.
