Sport research highlights the significance of supportive relationships and a psychologically safe environment for promoting desirable talent development outcomes associated with young athletes' performance, wellbeing, and personal development. Against this background, this study aimed to investigate youth football players' perceived availability of different kinds of social support from various stakeholders along the talent pathway in German elite youth academies (1). The workflow requires a centrifugal cartridge for DNA extraction and for preparation of a recombinant polymerase amplification (RPA) reaction, a programmable centrifuge for processing the cartridge and an isothermal reader to perform the RPA. Liquid reagents are pre-stored on the cartridge and the meat sample can be added directly without any pre-treatment.

We investigated the association of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) response to oral glucose with parameters of glycemic control in women with previous GDM in the prospective PPSDiab (Prediction, Prevention, and Subclassification of Type 2 Diabetes) study.
Research Design And Methods: Glucose metabolism parameters and GLP-1 secretion were analyzed during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in women with previous GDM (n=129) and women with a history of normal glucose tolerance (n=67) during pregnancy (controls).
