Effective modulation of gene expression in plants is achievable through tools like CRISPR and RNA interference, yet methods for directly modifying endogenous proteins remain lacking. Here, we identify the E3 ubiquitin ligase E3TCD1 and develope a Targeted Condensation-prone-protein Degradation (TCD) strategy. The X-E3TCD1 fusion protein acts as a genetically engineered degrader, selectively targeting endogenous proteins prone to condensation.

Material And Methods: A total of 1490 MCQs from two board review books for the United States National Board Dental Examination were selected. This study evaluated six of the latest LLMs as of August 2024, including ChatGPT 4.
Background: A deletion mutation in the degron tail of auxin coreceptor IAA2 was found to confer resistance to the herbicide 2,4-D in Sisymbrium orientale. Given the importance of auxin signalling in plant development, this study was conducted to investigate whether this deletion mutation may affect plant fitness.
Results: The F progeny of crosses with two resistant populations P2 (P2♂ × S♀) and P13 (P13♂ × S♀) were used in this study.
Ultrashort pulses experience random quantum motion as they propagate through a mode-locked laser cavity, a phenomenon that inevitably affects the recently introduced pure-quartic solitons. Investigating this process is essential, as quantum-limited noise establishes fundamental performance limits for their application. To date, studies on quantum diffusion and the resulting timing jitter of these solitons remain sparse.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFFLT3 mutations occur in approximately 25% of all acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. While several FLT3 inhibitors have received FDA approval, their use is currently limited to combination therapies with chemotherapy, as resistance occurs, and efficacy decreases when the inhibitors are used alone. Given the highly heterogeneous nature of AML, there is an urgent need for novel targeted therapies that address the disease from multiple angles.
