Background: Diabetes is a chronic medical condition with severe complications, mainly caused by unhealthy lifestyles in genetically susceptible individuals. Bioinformatic and statistical analysis such as Differential expression analysis, co-expression analysis, Kaplan Meier survival analysis, Cox proportional hazards model, ROC analysis of risk model was employed.
