Oral hygiene is essential for a healthy quality of life. The main aim of the study carried out in oncogeriatrics at Amiens University Hospital was to test the Oral Health Assessment Tool (Ohat) score as a means of assessing patients' oral health status, in order to optimize referral criteria for odontological care. Significant correlations were found between the Ohat score and the frailty scales specific to geriatric assessment.

Emotions are known to influence cognitive performance, particularly working memory (WM) in both its aspects, processing, and maintenance. One explanatory mechanism might be that negative stimuli capture attentional resources, leaving fewer resources for attentional maintenance and processing of information in WM.
