Introduction: Our study aimed to compare the sociodemographic, diagnostic, clinical, and self-report scale data of adults diagnosed with ADHD in childhood/adolescence versus adulthood and to identify risk factors associated with delayed/missed diagnosis for ADHD.

Method: Sociodemographic, clinical, and diagnostic data of 214 adults with ADHD, followed at the Adult Neurodevelopmental Disorders Clinic, Selçuk University, between January 2022 and January 2024, were analyzed. Objectives: This study investigated the utility of specific predictive and discriminative items within the Social Communication Questionnaire (SCQ) for distinguishing between autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disability (ID), and co-occurring ASD + ID in children.

Methods: A total of 137 children aged 4 to 12 years (52 typically developing (TD), 34 ASD, 26 ID, 25 ASD + ID) were included in the study. Cognitive development assessments were conducted for the ASD, ID, and ASD + ID groups in suitable cases.

Introduction: Absence of mismatch repair (MMR) genes in tumor cells or errors in the replication repair process may lead to DNA-MMR deficiency and microsatellite instability (MSI) formation. Specific tumor environments where gene variations are observed are believed to be conducive to the formation of MSI. The plasmid pAnox1, isolated from Anoxybacillus gonensis 05S15, was sequenced and characterized as a circular, double-stranded DNA molecule of 1592 base pairs with a GC content of 40.01 %. Despite its cryptic nature and small genome, bioinformatic analyses identified conserved motifs associated with replication-related proteins, though BLAST searches revealed no significant homology with other plasmids.
