One of the uncommon urogenital malformations in males, which presents late in the second or third decades of life, is the congenital malformation of the seminal vesicle. Zinner syndrome is a rare condition comprising a triad of unilateral renal agenesis, ipsilateral seminal vesicle obstruction, and ipsilateral ejaculatory duct obstruction. Very few cases in the literature describe the malignant change in seminal vesicle cyst in Zinner syndrome.

Baricitinib, a known inhibitor of JAK1 and JAK2, was used to study the impact on PD-1 and PD-L1.

Hepatic steatosis is a metabolic disease, characterized by selective and progressive accumulation of lipids in liver, leading to progressive non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), and cirrhosis. The existing models of hepatic steatosis to elucidate the molecular mechanisms behind the onset of hepatic steatosis and to profile small molecule modulators uses lipid loaded primary hepatocytes, and cell lines like HepG2. The limitation of these models includes high variability between the different donor samples, reproducibility, and translatability to physiological context.
