Methods: We undertook a retrospective case series of patients with chronic liver disease and TB disease. The primary objective was to determine if there was a difference in the incidence of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) in patients with cirrhosis versus those with chronic hepatitis.

Background: Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) groups are becoming more established as collaborators with academic researchers and institutions to ensure that research is important and relevant to end users, and to identify areas that might have ethical considerations, as well as to advise on solutions.
