Introduction And Hypothesis: Midurethral slings (MUS) have become the gold standard in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Some information is already available on the outcome of tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) after 10 years or more. Our objective was to assess the current outcome (efficacy, adverse events) of women who had been successfully operated upon for SUI by means of a TVT procedure 10 to 20 years ago.

The retrospective acceptability of high intensity versus low intensity speech intervention in children with a cleft palate: A qualitative study from the parents' point of view using the Theoretical Framework of Acceptability.

Background: Increasing attention is paid to the effectiveness of high-intensity speech intervention in children with a cleft (lip and) palate (CP±L). It is, however, unknown if high-intensity intervention is acceptable to the intervention recipients. Parents have an integral role in supporting their children with intervention highlighting the importance of intervention acceptability to parents.

Voice Quality of Choir Singers and the Effect of a Performance on the Voice.

Background: The voice use of choir singers is understudied despite the imbalance of high vocal demands versus low vocal education, and consequently increased risk for voice problems. Also, there is a lack of information on the effects of a performance on choristers' voices. Available studies included performances of at least one hour.

Using the Robson Classification to Explain the Fluctuations in Cesarean Section.

Purpose: As the rate of cesarean sections (CS) continues to rise in Flanders (northern part of Belgium), it is important to understand the reasons behind this evolution and to find ways to achieve appropriate CS rates. For this analysis, we categorized CS changes between 1992 and 2016, applying the Robson 10-Group Classification System (TGCS). We also applied the TGCS to analyze the information of the only clinics where between 2008 and 2016, the absolute CS rate had fallen by more than two percent.
