Acute retention of urine, tubercular prostatitis: a rare case.

Prostate tuberculosis is a very rare condition and only few isolated cases have been reported in the literature in immunocompetent individuals. We, report a case of a 58-year-old man, who presented to us with features of lower urinary tract symptoms. On evaluation, prostatomegaly was found which was treated conservatively.
