In 40 hypotensive patients with sympathicotonic orthostatic dysregulation and presenting the relevant subjective symptoms, a dosage of 3 times daily 2 mg dihydroergotamine or 20 mg etilefrine or the fixed combination of both drugs--Dihydergot plus--was compared inter-individually and by the double blind method.
