We here report a rare case of squamous cells carcinoma of the renal pelvis with abdominal wall skin invasion in a patient with a history of recurrent upper urinary tract infections due to kidney stones. A right lumbar skin lesion was the reason for consultation. Uroscanner showed right renal mass extended to the adjacent soft tissues.
