Endovascular Management of Spontaneous Subclavian Artery Dissection.

Spontaneous subclavian artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare clinical observation with very few cases reported in the medical literature. We describe a rare case of a 50-year-old female patient who presented with symptoms of critical limb ischemia of the right upper extremity. A digital subtraction angiogram (DSA) revealed a dissection in the proximal course of the subclavian artery (SCA).
