The prospective, multicenter, noninterventional TACTIC study assessed effectiveness and safety of trifluridine/tipiracil (FTD/TPI) in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in a real-world setting in Germany, thus evaluating the external validity of the findings from the pivotal RECOURSE trial. Primary endpoint was overall survival (OS). Secondary objectives included progression-free survival (PFS), safety, and quality of life (QoL).

Aim: The multicentre non-interventional AVANTI study assessed safety, effectiveness and patient-reported outcomes with approved first-line bevacizumab-containing regimens for HER2-negative locally recurrent/metastatic breast cancer (LR/MBC) in German routine oncology practice.

Methods: Eligible patients had HER2-negative LR/MBC, no bevacizumab contraindications and no prior chemotherapy for LR/MBC. Chemotherapy schedule, diagnostics and follow-up were at physicians' discretion.

One of the outstanding differences of psychotherapy with children as distinguished from the treatment of adults is the fact that one's activity is not restricted to just one patient, the sick child, but that one has to deal with the parents and other significant people of the child's environment as well. Without undue exaggeration one might say that in many cases it is the parents who constitute the real problem in child psychiatry. They often seek help for their own difficulties in rearing their children, for their anxiety and guilt, and for their own annoyance and disappointment about the child's symptoms and shortcomings.

Multiple team membership (MTM) is a complex phenomenon that poses significant challenges for organizational research and practice. In this article, we delve into the multilevel nature of MTM, which has not received adequate research attention to date. We develop a resource-based framework that advances our understanding of the antecedents and productivity consequences of firm MTM, and the synergistic effects of individual MTM and firm MTM on an individual's emotional exhaustion.
