With the advancement of ecological and environmental protection construction, the research on the modification of expansive soil using environmentally friendly polymers can make up for the harm to the ecological environment caused by traditional modification. Mechanical and microscopic properties of modified expansive soils were analyzed through indoor tests. The results showed that the liquid limit and plasticity index decreased by 52.

However, their regulatory mechanisms remain unclear. Our previous studies revealed that the expression of SPs is regulated by nutritional signals and identified FoxO as a negative regulator of SPs in the silkworm Bombyx mori (B.

In certain applications, reline is blended with organic solvents, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in most cases, to gain improved properties. Therefore, it is crucial to have a profound understanding of the impact of DMSO on the dynamics and structures of the species in the binary mixtures.

In this work, we reveal an unusual high-pressure behavior of hydrogen confined within nanopores through a combination of experimental measurements and theoretical calculations. The nanoconfined hydrogen molecules retain an hcp lattice up to 170 GPa, yet significant deviations from the vibrational characteristics of bulk hydrogen are observed in the primary vibrons of both Raman and infrared spectra.

Ruminative reflection has been linked to enhanced executive control in processing internally represented emotional information, suggesting it may serve as an adaptive strategy for emotion regulation. Investigating the neural substrates of reflection can deepen our understanding of its adaptive properties. This study used network-based statistic (NBS)-Predict methodology to identify resting state functional connectivity (FC)-based predictors of ruminative reflection in a healthy sample.
