Solitary fibrous tumor (SFTs), initially described in the 1930s, are a group of rare heterogeneous tumors primarily located in the pleural area but can manifest in any site. This article focuses on the case of a patient with a localized retroperitoneal pubic tumor treated surgically, which demonstrates on one hand the heterogeneity of clinical manifestations, the limited diagnostic contribution of imaging, and on the other hand the histological diagnostic difficulty despite the recent contribution of immunohistochemistry. Management remains primarily surgical, to the detriment of other alternatives that have not yet shown encouraging results.

Introduction: We aimed to assess the effects of a patient therapeutic education (PTE) programme on the course of the disease and treatment management skills in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients treated with biologics.

Methods: From January to December 2023, 52 RA patients participated in a face-to-face education session of 1 h, delivered to groups of four to six patients by 2 rheumatologists qualified in PTE. Disease activity, quality of life parameters and patient's skills using the BioSecure score were assessed before the education programme and 3 months later.

COVID-19, caused by a severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), can lead to severe infection and has been suggested to induce autoimmune phenomena. We report three cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) occurring after COVID-19 infection and we present a systematic review of the literature of cases of RA post COVID-19. Our findings suggest that RA may be trigged by COVID-19 infection in genetically predisposed individuals.

In the current study we aimed to investigate the effect of specific dual task training (SDTT) compared to conventional soccer training (CST) on motor and cognitive performances in U13 elite soccer players. Twenty-four young soccer players (all males) participated in this study. We measured their change of direction ability (CODA) and cognitive performances (cognitive flexibility and inhibition) before and after four weeks in either the SDTT group or the CST group.

In this research, thermal modeling has been done to investigate the effect of nanofluid on the performance of the linear parabolic collector. Therminol vapor/liquid phase fluid (VP-1) has been used as a base fluid; iron oxide nanoparticles have been used to produce mono-nanofluid; and iron oxide multi-walled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite has been used as nanoparticles to produce hybrid nanofluid. The fluid flow inside the absorber tube of the collector is assumed to be turbulent.
