Cyclosporine (CsA) microemulsion has been the mainstay immunosuppressive agent for renal transplant recipients for years. A single daily dosing of cyclosporine (SD) is rarely used. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of SD versus twice daily dosing of CsA.
