Models of care for managing non-specific low back pain.

Background: Alternative care models seek to improve the quality or efficiency of care, or both, and thus optimise patient health outcomes. They provide the same health care but change how, when, where, or by whom health care is delivered and co-ordinated. Examples include care delivered via telemedicine versus in-person care or care delivered to groups versus individual patients.

Adult psychiatric outcomes of young people who attended child and adolescent mental health services: a longitudinal total population study.

Background: There is an unprecedented societal focus on young people's mental health, including efforts to expand access to child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS). There has, however, been a lack of research to date to investigate adult mental health outcomes of young people who attend CAMHS.

The objectives are as follows: To determine the benefits and harms of dose reduction or discontinuation of biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs or targeted synthetic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in adults with psoriatic arthritis who are in remission or a low disease activity state.

Genetically encoded intrabody probes for labeling and manipulating AMPA-type glutamate receptors.

Tools for visualizing and manipulating protein dynamics in living cells are critical for understanding cellular function. Here we leverage recently available monoclonal antibody sequences to generate a set of affinity tags for labeling and manipulating AMPA-type glutamate receptors (AMPARs), which mediate nearly all excitatory neurotransmission in the central nervous system. These antibodies can be produced from heterologous cells for exogenous labeling applications or directly expressed in living neurons as intrabodies, where they bind their epitopes in the endoplasmic reticulum and co-traffic to the cell surface for visualization with cell impermeant fluorescent dyes.

Prioritisation of clinical trial learning needs of musculoskeletal researchers: an inter-disciplinary modified Delphi study by the Australia & New Zealand musculoskeletal clinical trials network.

Background: There is a need to increase the capacity and capability of musculoskeletal researchers to design, conduct, and report high-quality clinical trials. The objective of this study was to identify and prioritise clinical trial learning needs of musculoskeletal researchers in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Findings will be used to inform development of an e-learning musculoskeletal clinical trials course.
