Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) is an inherited autosomal recessive disorder, ethnically restricted and commonly found among populations surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. We describe a case of adult-onset FMF with complete symptomatic remission during pregnancy, without the use of colchicine.
