We conducted a study to compare the analgesic effect of oral lornoxicam and oral paracetamol before endometrial sampling for benign conditions. This prospective, double-blind, randomized study was conducted on sixty women underwent endometrial sampling for benign indications, from November 2010 to April 2011. The patients were divided into two groups (lornoxicam and paracetamol group) and both administered drugs (8 mg oral lornoxicam or 500 mg oral paracetamol) one hour before the procedure.
