Temperature and pressure dependent rate constants of the reactions of OH• with cyclopentene from variational TST and SS-QRRK methods.

In this work, the pressure- and temperature-dependent reaction rate constants for the hydrogen abstraction and addition of hydroxyl radicals to the unsaturated cyclopentene were studied. Geometries and vibrational frequencies of reactants, products, and transition states were calculated using density functional theory, with single-point energy corrections determined at the domain-based local pair natural orbital-coupled-cluster single double triple/cc-pVTZ-F12 level. The high-pressure limit rate constants were calculated using the canonical variational transition state theory with the small-curvature tunneling approximation.

[Democratic management and institutional support in primary care in the Federal District, Brazil].

The study was performed within the framework of the Brazilian Unified National Health System (SUS) in the Federal District, Brazil, focusing on the role of institutional support in reframing work and management practices in primary care. The study aimed to map practices for supporting primary care in the Recanto das Emas Regional Administration, correlated with the Federal District's health priorities. The study design included qualitative intervention research with participant methods and production of collective narratives.

[Pediatric care in Brazil's Unified Health System: reflections on the role of pediatricians in Family Healthcare Strategy].

This essay seeks to contribute to the elucidation of the potential activities of pediatricians in the Family Healthcare Strategy. The origins, types of care and inherent implications to the process of change in the Healthcare Model that are being implemented in the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) since the Basic Operational Norms were instituted in 1996 are duly presented.
