Energetic Cost of Statistical Order-Degree Change in a Fermions' Set.

We discuss novel many-fermions thermodynamics' features. They refer to the energy cost associated to order-disorder changes. Our thermal quantum statistical scenario is controlled by suitable fermion-fermion interactions.
