Data on the association between hospital procedural volume and 30-day readmissions after mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (mTEER) are limited. We used the 2019 Nationwide Readmissions Database to identify hospitals that performed at least 5 mTEERs. Hospitals were categorized based on tertiles of annual mTEER volume as low-volume (5 to 13), medium-volume (14 to 28), and high-volume (29 to 171).

Dopamine D2 and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A (5-HT1A) receptors' activation has been reported to play a crucial role in managing neurological outcomes in the brain and other health disorders. This study aimed to investigate the role of aripiprazole, a dopamine D2 and 5-HT1A selective receptors' activator, in the restoration of memory deficit induced by streptozotocin in mice.

Aims: The objective was to quantify the setup errors by CBCT.
Methodology: One hundred patients of HNC were enrolled from March 2020 to March 2021 for IGRT treatment.
Carbonaceous nanomaterials (CNMs) have drawn tremendous biomedical research interest because of their unique structural features. Recently, CNMs, namely carbon dots, fullerenes, graphene, etc, have been successful in establishing them as considerable nanotherapeutics for phototherapy applications due to their electrical, thermal, and surface properties. This review aims to crosstalk the current understanding of CNMs as multimodal compounds in photothermal and photodynamic therapies as an integrated approach to treating cancer.

Aims: To report longitudinal quality of life (QoL) outcomes and survival in patients with poor-prognosis high-grade glioma (HGG) treated with palliative hypofractionated radiotherapy.
Materials And Methods: Patients with poor-prognosis HGG were accrued on a prospective study of short-course palliative hypofractionated radiotherapy (35 Gy/10 fractions/2 weeks). The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QoL core questionnaire (QLQ-C30) and brain cancer module (BN20) were used in English or validated Indian vernacular languages (Hindi and Marathi) for QoL assessment at baseline (before radiotherapy), the conclusion of radiotherapy, 1 month post-radiotherapy and subsequently at 3-monthly intervals until disease progression/death.
Background: Interscalene block is usually performed using either ultrasound (US) or nerve stimulator (NS) guidance. This single-blinded, prospective, randomised study was performed to find out whether US was able to offer distinct advantages over conventional NS guidance.
Methods: 100 patients in the American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status I to III, aged 18-70 years were randomised into US guided or NS guided group for interscalene block with 15 ml 0.
The environment and public health are currently being threatened by the water pollution caused by dyes. Finding eco-friendly and economically viable photocatalysts has been a hot issue in recent years, as photocatalytic dye degradation is essential for eliminating dye from contaminated water as compared to other methods because of the cost factor and efficiency in removing organic contaminants. Using un-doped ZnSe for degrading activity has very seldom been attempted up to this point.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is an endocrinological disorder in which blood sugar levels get elevated and if unmanaged, it leads to several critical complications. Existing therapies or drugs are not able to attain absolute control of DM. Moreover, associated side/adverse effects associated with pharmacotherapy further worsen the Quality of life of patients.

Methods: The cisternal segments of the nerves were cut from the brainstem to the proximal margin of trigeminal ganglia (trigeminal nerve) and internal acoustic meatus (facial and vestibulocochlear nerve) from cadavers. Horizontal sections of H&E stained slides were analysed and histo morphometry was performed.
Introduction: Tennis elbow management has primarily been conservative over the years with over 90% of the cases being managed conservatively. Surgical intervention may be necessary only for symptomatic recalcitrant cases of tennis elbow cases. However, there are gaps in the literature when it comes to comparison of the return to pre-operative return to their work and level of activities among patients who undergo arthroscopic management and those who receive conservative management.

We present a case of persistent pyrexia post-percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty with a history of inferior wall myocardial infarction 2 months back. Repeat coronary angiogram revealed that Right Coronary Artery (RCA) thrombus and IV antibiotics were started in suspicion of coronary stent infection.

Introduction: Mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE) is the most frequent form of partial epilepsy. Granule cell dispersion, resulting from aberrant neuronal migration in the hippocampus, is pathognomonic of MTLE. Reelin, a secreted neurodevelopmental glycoprotein has a crucial role in controlling the radial migration of neurons.

Deep feedforward neural networks (DFNNs) have attained remarkable success in almost every computational task. However, the selection of DFNN architecture is still based on handcraft or hit-and-trial methods. Therefore, an essential factor regarding DFNN is about designing its architecture.

ICGCTs, essentially due to the inherent difficulty of surgical access, pose different challenges and management connotations than their extracranial counterparts. This is a retrospective analysis of histologically verified ICGCTs, which was undertaken to evaluate various clinicopathological features and their implications on patient management.

This study addressed teachers' preparedness, challenges and effective practices for students' assessment in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Online assessment at times of uncertainty has become arduous for university teachers as it is not in practice in Indian higher educational institutions (HEIs).

Either transjugular or transfemoral approaches are feasible, with the latter being used more commonly. We describe a challenging case of valve-in-valve transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement where we used a long sheath positioned in the right ventricular outflow tract to deliver the transcatheter heart valve.

The recent social media-led and -centered movement encouraging mental health awareness, disclosure, and discussion, primarily among adolescents, can have significant benefits, including reducing mental health stigma, providing peer and social support, and disseminating information. Conversely, mental health disclosure online provides a catalyst for spreading misinformation and cyberbullying. It may also present opportunities for monetary and other forms of secondary gain; for example, some TikTok dissociative identity disorder (DID) influencers have vast numbers of followers and include donation links to their Venmo and PayPal accounts.

At present, chemical and physical methods are the main methods for large-scale synthesis of nanomaterials, but these methods have adverse effects on the environment, and health issues, consume more energy, and are expensive. The green synthesis of nanoparticles is a promising and environmentally friendly approach to producing materials with unique properties.
