Solitary Scapula Metastasis From Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma Detected by PET/CT.

A 59-year-old man presented with a mass and pain in the left side of his back for 6 months. 18F-FDG PET/CT demonstrated increased FDG uptake in the inferior aspect of his left scapula and the left hepatic lobe, highly suggesting the possibility of hepatic malignancy with solitary scapula metastasis. Finally, solitary scapula metastasis from intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was confirmed.

Lenalidomide enhances the efficacy of anti-BCMA CAR-T treatment in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma: a case report and revies of the literature.

We report successful clinical experience using anti-BCMA CAR-T combined with lenalidomide in a patient who was refractory to a previous CAR-T treatment. The patient was a 51-year-old man, and was diagnosed with IgD-λ multiple myeloma(MM) in October 2015. 10 courses of chemotherapy including immunomodulators and proteasome inhibitors were used for remission and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was performed.

Smartphone-Based Patients' Activity Recognition by Using a Self-Learning Scheme for Medical Monitoring.

Smartphone based activity recognition has recently received remarkable attention in various applications of mobile health such as safety monitoring, fitness tracking, and disease prediction. To achieve more accurate and simplified medical monitoring, this paper proposes a self-learning scheme for patients' activity recognition, in which a patient only needs to carry an ordinary smartphone that contains common motion sensors. After the real-time data collection though this smartphone, we preprocess the data using coordinate system transformation to eliminate phone orientation influence.
