Methods: 32 premolars with noncarious cervical lesions (NCCLs) were collected, and the teeth were randomly assigned to the control group (C group) and the sandblasted group (S group). Teeth in the S group were sandblasted with 110 µm Al₂O₃ particles at a pressure of 75 psi, while those in the C group received no further treatment.

The midpalatal suture region of interest (ROI) labeling was completed by two experienced clinical experts.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to perform an updated review of the in vivo methods to evaluate human midpalatal suture maturation and ossification, since this evaluation process remains an unsolved and critical problem in orthodontic treatment.
Materials And Methods: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus and Web of Science databases were searched up to November 30, 2021. Literature selection was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA, 2020 Edition) statement and was based on predetermined inclusion criteria.

Objective: To study the current situation of coagulation factor VIII (FVIII) inhibitor development in children with hemophilia A (HA) through a cross-sectional survey, and to explore the risk factors of inhibitor development in order to provide evidence for further prevention and management strategies.
Method: The clinical data of outpatients with hemophilia A in Beijing Children's Hospital seen from November 2012 to May 2013 were collected, FVIII inhibitor was screened and analyzed its risk factors.
Result: A total of 102 HA children were enrolled, 5 were mild cases, 32 were moderate, and 65 were severe cases; the median age on enrollment was 55.

Objective: To investigate the recovery patterns and the influencing factors of facial nerve injury in maxillofacial surgery by retrospective analysis of a serial clinical data.
Methods: A total of 182 patients with facial nerve injury were reviewed. The cause of injury, the initial facial nerve function after trauma, the treatment, the initial recovery time of facial nerve function and the total recovery time were recorded.
