Background: MP-AzeFlu (Dymista; Meda Pharma GmbH & Co., KG), a formulation combining azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate in a single spray, is superior to fluticasone propionate alone in relieving symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis.
Objectives: In this study, we evaluated whether the effect of AzeFlu, a generic drug manufactured from China, is equivalent to that of MP-AzeFlu.
This study investigates the effects of the debranching time of waxy potato starch using pullulanase and recrystallization on particle morphology, debranching degree, and crystal structure. The results demonstrated that after gelatinization and debranching, the surface of the starch crystals became rough and uneven due to hydrolysis, with most particles showing a fragmented surface. The crystalline state was not significantly changed with debranching time.

In this study, lignosulfonate (LS) served dual roles as both a scaffolding template and a functional modifier in the fabrication of the lignin-polyaniline composite (LS-PANI). Subsequently, molybdenum disulfide (MoS) was integrated into LS-PANI through physical adsorption, resulting in the formation of MoS@LS-PANI.

We performed high-throughput sequencing of tissue specimens from imatinib-resistant GIST patients, and identified significantly high expression of polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (PIGR) in imatinib-resistant cell lines. Further investigation revealed that PIGR binds specifically to LINC00870.

To investigate optimal treatment strategy for pT3N0 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). A retrospective study of 150 patients with pT3N0 laryngeal SCC treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was performed. The efficacies of partial laryngectomy and total laryngectomy, as well as surgery alone and postoperative radiotherapy were evaluated.

In this study, TME-responsive nanoparticles (HMP1G NPs) loaded with 1-methyltryptophan (1-MT; an indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 [IDO1] inhibitor,) and S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO; a nitric oxide donor) is developed to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of 1-MT-mediated ICB. The HMP1G NPs responded to H and glutathione in the TME, releasing Mn, GSNO, and 1-MT.

The polarization splitter-rotator (PSR) is a key device for polarization processing in polarization diversity systems, which has wide applications in achieving polarization independence and mixed multiplexing. However, it remains a significant challenge to simultaneously achieve a better balance in bandwidth, crosstalk (CT), polarization extinction ratio (PER), and compact footprint of the PSR. In this article, a photonic crystal nanobeam (PCN) structure is introduced to PSR for large bandwidth and compact size, with a device length of only 104 µm.

However, it is still challenging to achieve multi-functional filtering richness with high performance. Here, based on a tunable optical coupler cascaded with a coupled resonator optical waveguide (CROW), a highly flexible and reconfigurable integrated optical filter is proposed and demonstrated on the low-loss silicon nitride platform.

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are critical for remodeling the tumor microenvironment in GCs. Here, we report that MFAP5+ CAFs promote the formation of EMVI imaging in GC.

Neuromorphic computing is an emergent solution to address this problem, allowing the computation performed in memory arrays in parallel with high efficiencies conforming to the neural networks. Here, scalable synaptic transistor memories are developed from solution-sorted carbon nanotubes.

This study was designed to examine the effects of the key genes involved in the LNM of HNSCC.
Methods: Tissue samples (HNSCC) were examined by transcriptome sequencing, and the core genes associated with LNM were detected via bioinformatics analysis.
The integrated optical delay line plays a crucial role in microwave photonic chips. Continuous tunability is a growing trend in filtering and beamforming techniques of microwave photonics. Based on the silicon platform, we present and experimentally demonstrate an integrated continuously optical tunable delay line (OTDL) chip, which contains a 4-bit optical switched delay line (OSDL) and a thermally tunable delay line based on grating-assisted Contradirectional coupler (CDC).

By arranging and optimizing a mutually perpendicular subwavelength grating with different duty cycles as the core and cladding, efficient waveguiding and radiation can be achieved for the TM and transverse electric (TE) injection, respectively. In simulation, the proposed TM polarizer has a footprint of 40µ×16.

Herein, a molecule crowding strategy is proposed to modulate the Li coordinated structure, thus in situ constructing the stable interfaces. Since 15-crown-5 possesses superior compatibility with polymer and electrostatic repulsion for anion of lithium salt, the anions are forced to crowd into a Li coordinated structure to weaken the Li coordination with polymer and boost the Li transport.

To address this need, we present a memristor-based differential neuromorphic computing, perceptual signal processing, and online adaptation method providing neuromorphic style adaptation to external sensory stimuli. The adaptation ability and generality of this method are confirmed in two application scenarios: object grasping and autonomous driving.

An energy-efficient silicon TOS with ultrahigh extinction ratio can effectively mitigate cross talk and reduce power consumption in optical systems. In this Letter, we demonstrate a silicon TOS based on cascading Mach-Zehnder interferometers (MZIs) with spiral thermo-optic phase shifters.
