Background: Fufang Yinhua Jiedu (FFYH) granules are recommended for treating coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in China. However, its anti-severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) activity and clinical efficacy against COVID-19 remain to be confirmed.
Aims: Our study aimed to investigate the anti-SARS-CoV-2 effect and potential mechanism of FFYH.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) pathway in different tumor microenvironments (TME) and patients' prognosis, as well as the regulatory mechanisms of this pathway in tumor cells.
Methods: Using RNA-seq data from the TCGA database, we analyzed the predictive value of the IFN-γ pathway across various tumors. We employed a univariate Cox regression model to assess the prognostic significance of IFN-γ signaling in different tumor types.
Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) intricately involves disrupted lipid metabolism. Exosomes emerge as carriers of biomarkers for early diagnosis and monitoring. This study aims to identify lipid metabolites in serum exosomes for T2DM diagnosis.
