Outcomes of Robotic Versus Laparoscopic Pancreatoduodenectomy Following Learning Curves of Surgeons: A Multicenter Study on 2255 Patients.

Objective: This study aimed to compare robotic pancreatoduodenectomy (RPD) with laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy (LPD) in operative and oncologic outcomes.

Background: Previous studies comparing RPD with LPD have only been carried out in small, single-center studies with variable quality.

Methods: Consecutive patients from nine centers in China who underwent RPD or LPD between 2015 and 2022 were included.

The aim of this study was to examine differences in grain yield traits and the transformation of soluble sugar, starch, soluble protein and fatty acid contents, as well as the related enzyme activity and differential expression of key genes in oil metabolism.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention among real-world surgical inpatients who received panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) combined with low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH).

Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted among surgical patients between January 2016 and November 2018 in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China. Participants received LMWH alone or PNS combined with LMWH for preventing DVT.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqing Shuangjie Capsule and Tablet in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection with wind-warm syndrome.

Methods: The multiple center, double-blinded, double-dummy and randomized controlled method was conducted. Three hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group A (n=120, treated with Yiqing Shuangjie Capsule and Chaihuang analogues), treatment group B (n=120, treated with Yiqing Shuangjie Tablet and Chaihuang analogues) and the control group (n=120, treated with Chaihuang Tablet and Yiqing Shuangjie Capsule analogues).

[Treatment of 120 cases of pseudobulbar palsy of wind-phlegm type with needling method for dispelling wind and expelling phlegm].

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effects of needling method for dispelling wind and expelling phlegm on pseudobulbar palsy of wind-phlegm type.

Methods: Two hundred and forty cases of pseudobulbar palsy of wind-phlegm type were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 120 cases in each group, and they were treated by needling method for dispelling wind and expelling phlegm, and intravenous dripping of cytidine diphosphate choline injection plus blank needling method, respectively. One month later, main symptoms and signs were systematically compared and assessed.
