Objectives: To explore the correlation between tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and tumor-associated angiogenesis (TAA) in the tumor microenvironment with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of primary large B-cell lymphoma of immune-privileged sites (LBCL-IP).

Methods: A total of 46 cases of LBCL-IP from the Department of Pathology, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, from January 2010 to February 2024, were collected, along with clinical and follow-up data of LBCL-IP patients. Immunohistochemistry and triple immunofluorescence were used to detect related proteins of TAMs, TILs, and TAA, and to analyze the correlation between TAMs, TILs, TAA, and the polarization of TAMs with the clinical and prognostic factors of LBCL-IP patients.

With the rapid advancement of non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs), the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of organic solar cells (OSCs) has surpassed the 20 % threshold, highlighting their considerable potential as next-generation energy conversion devices. In comparison to inorganic or perovskite solar cells, the open-circuit voltage (V) of OSCs is constrained by substantial non-radiative energy losses (ΔE), leading to values notably below those anticipated by the Shockley-Queisser limit. In OSCs, non-radiative energy losses are intimately associated with the electroluminescent quantum efficiency (EQE) of charge transfer states, which is in turn directly affected by the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of acceptor materials.

A method utilizing high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD) has been developed and refined for the simultaneous detection of florfenicol (FF) and its metabolite florfenicol amine (FFA) along with three fluoroquinolone (ciprofloxacin (CIP), enrofloxacin (ENR), and sarafloxacin (SAR)) residues in different parts of eggs (whole egg, egg yolk, and egg albumen). The QuEChERS ("Quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe") procedure utilized 0.1 M disodium EDTA solution, water, and acetonitrile as extractants; sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, and trisodium citrate as dehydrating salts; and N-propylethylenediamine and C18 as adsorbents.

Some non-coding RNAs are abnormally expressed during the occurrence and development of diseases, so it is necessary to develop analytical methods that can specifically and sensitively detect them. In typical CRISPR/Cas12a system, a complete crRNA that can recognize single-stranded or double-stranded DNA is necessary to activate its trans-cleavage activity, which limits its direct application in RNA detection. Here, we prospectively find that slicing the facilitated crRNA in the typical CRISPR/Cas12a system at a fitted site did not affect its trans-cleavage activity, and a mini crRNA-mediated CRISPR/Cas12a system (MCM-CRISPR/Cas12a) was proposed based on this.
