Unlabelled: The intricate interplay between mycoviruses and their fungal hosts frequently culminates in asymptomatic infections, but the virus-derived factors underlying these infections remain poorly understood. Our study introduces p18, a novel protein encoded by the DNA-C segment of the genomovirus FgGMTV1, which facilitates the transition from virus-induced hypovirulence to asymptomatic infection within upon its expression. We have confirmed the expression of p18 during FgGMTV1 infection and observed its presence in both the nucleus and cytoplasm.

This study addresses the challenge of controlling branching density and branch-type distribution in late-transition-metal-catalyzed chain walking polymerizations. We explored α-diimine Pd(II) complexes with incrementally increased -aryl sterics for long-chain α-olefin (co)polymerization. - catalysts, which feature gradually increased -aryl sterics and at least one small CH substituent, exhibited similar 2,1-insertion fractions (44-50%), polymer branching densities (55-63/1000C), and melting temperatures (26-28 °C).

In order to obtain a lightweight, high-strength, and customizable cellular structure to meet the needs of modern production and life, the mechanical properties of four thickness gradient honeycomb structures were studied. In this paper, four types of honeycomb structure specimens with the same porosity and different Poisson's ratios were designed and manufactured by using SLA 3D-printing technology, including the honeycomb, square honeycomb, quasi-square honeycomb, and re-entrant honeycomb structures. Based on the plane compression mechanical properties and failure mode analysis of these specimens, the thickness gradient is applied to the honeycomb structure, and four structural forms of the thickness gradient honeycomb structure are formed.

A novel negative-stranded RNA mycovirus was isolated from the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium sibiricum strain AH32. This virus, tentatively named "Fusarium sibiricum coguvirus 1" (FsCV1), has a bipartite genome consisting of two RNA segments (RNA1 and RNA2).
