Objective: To explore the neuromechanism of trans-auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) for treatment-resistant depression(TRD) based on functional brain network.

Methods: Twenty-eight patients with TRD were recruited from the psychiatric clinic or by the advertisement. The patients were treated by taVNS (5 Hz/20 Hz, 4-8 mA) at the auricular concha for 30 min, twice daily for 8 weeks.

The promising photocatalytic conversion of CO into valuable fuel promotes the development of photocatalyst through various methods. In this work, TiO nanoparticle was composited with covalent porphyrin polymers (COP-Ps) to fabricate composite photocatalysts. The resultant COP-Ps/TiO composites by in situ hydrothermal method exhibit much improved photocatalytic activity for the conversion of CO into CO relative to two components, and it is attributable to improved charge transfer between two moieties led by strong interaction.

Methodology: The clinical data of 422 patients administering subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively from Jan, 1, 2005 to May, 1, 2012.

Results: The higher morbility of PGS were found in the patients whose age were over 65 years, combining with anxiety disorder or diabetes mellitus, with low-albuminemia in perioperative period or having pyloric obstruction in preoperative period, administering Billroth II gastroenterostomy, whose operation time over 4 hours, using patient-controlled analgesia, injecting liquid per day over 3500 ml.
