- - The study utilizes various databases and analysis tools to identify biologically active components and potential targets of SNFYT (a traditional Chinese medicine) related to the treatment of ischemic stroke (IS).
- - A total of 95 active components and 143 candidate targets were identified, leading to the construction of SNFYT-component-target and protein-protein interaction networks, which revealed four key ingredients and 14 significant targets.
- - Enrichment analyses highlighted numerous biological processes and pathways associated with SNFYT, suggesting that its therapeutic effects on ischemic stroke likely stem from its anti-inflammatory properties targeting specific signaling pathways.
