Unlabelled: Tinnitus is a subjective acoustic perception in the absence of any external source. Symptoms associated with tinnitus are insomnia, lack of concentration, depression, anxiety and elevated levels of stress. There were many questionnaires to evaluate the severity of tinnitus, one such questionnaire is the Tinnitus Sample Case History Questionnaire (TSCHQ).
