We present the case of an extremely rare tumor of the diaphragm. The patient was a middle-aged woman with a 1-month history of dyspnea, fatigue, and cough. Chest roentgenogram and computed tomography scan of the thorax revealed a mass located at the dome of the right diaphragm.

This rare tumour most commonly develops in males older than 60 years. We report a 23-years-old female patient with basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of the lung who was stage IIB post-operatively.
