Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that primarily involves the axial skeleton but may also present with peripheral joint involvement and extra-articular involvement. The present study aims to quantitatively analyze posture, balance, and gait parameters in patients with axSpA and and assess associated factors. This cross-sectional case-control study included 51 axSpA patients (30 males, 21 females; mean age 40.

We aimed to conduct a meta-analysis to evaluate the diagnostic value of HUTT in the evaluation of unexplained syncope in patients with HCM.
Methods: We performed a structured systematic database search using the following keywords: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, syncope, unexplained syncope, head-up tilt test, tilt table test, tilt testing, orthostatic stress, autonomic function, autonomic response.
Aim: Primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs) are a heterogeneous disorder group characterized by an impaired immune system, leading to an increased susceptibility to infections and a wide range of clinical manifestations, including gastrointestinal (GI) complications. This study aimed to assess the GI manifestations of PID patients and highlight the significance of atypical gastrointestinal symptoms in the early diagnosis of these patients.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on pediatric patients diagnosed with PIDs at Selcuk University Medical Faculty from 2011 to 2021.
Objectives: This study aimed to assess the clinical outcomes and risk factors for severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in patients with inflammatory rheumatic disease (IRD) of a national cohort.
Patients And Methods: The multicenter cross-sectional study was carried out between July 15, 2020, and February 28, 2021. Data collection was provided from a national network database system, and 3,532 IRD patients (2,359 males, 1,173 females; mean age: 48.
Case reports of plexopathy after prostate cancer are usually neoplastic. Radiation-induced lumbosacral plexopathy and insufficiency fractures have clinical significance due to the need to differentiate them from tumoral invasions, metastases, and spinal pathologies. Certain nuances, including clinical presentation and screening methods, help distinguish radiation-induced plexopathy from tumoral plexopathy.

Background: This descriptive analysis examines the victims of the February 6, 2023, earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş and Elbistan, Türkiye. It aims to detail the injury profiles related to neuro-musculoskeletal trauma, assess the rehabilitation needs of patients, and propose a comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
Methods: The study included patients injured in the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquake on February 6, 2023, who were transported to our hospital based on their rehabilitation needs.
Blockchain's potential to revolutionize supply chain and logistics with transparency and equitable stakeholder engagement is significant. However, challenges like scalability, privacy, and interoperability persist. This study explores the scarcity of real-world blockchain implementations in supply chain and logistics since we have not witnessed many real-world deployments of blockchain-based solutions in the field.

The mechanism of the clearance or progression of the HPV infection has not been uncovered yet. We hypothesized that vaginal dysbiosis may contribute to the persistence of the cervical HPV infection.

Material And Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the medical records of all pediatric patients with hydrocephalus who were treated with ventriculoperitoneal shunt procedure between the years 2017 and 2021 at the Selcuk University, Ankara University, and Bursa Uludag University.
Results: Twenty-one patients were included in the study.
Aim: To investigate the anal component of the anogenital Human Papillomavirus (HPV) related disease during surveillance of patients treated for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).
Methods: Patients were analyzed within two groups according to the histopathological examination of the cervical biopsies: Low-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (LSIL) and High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL) groups. Anal specimens were also collected in the first-year follow-up visit.

If these modalities are not an option or are ineffective, the most preferred treatment is permanent pacemaker therapy. Here, we present the first case of cardioneuroablation treatment performed in patient with oropharyngeal squamous cell cancer who developed recurrent asystole and syncope attacks due to compression of the carotid sinus on neck movement.

Material And Methods: This cadaveric study was conducted on 16 cadaver heads bilaterally, in which 32 silicon/latex-injected STAs were dissected using a microdissection technique in a neuroanatomy laboratory. The distances between the facial nerve, tragus, STA, superficial temporal vein (STV), and imaginary lines created between important anatomical landmarks were measured.
Introduction: This study aimed to analyse the relationship between clinicopathological factors in cervical intraepithelial lesions and abnormal colposcopic findings.
Material And Methods: Thirty high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) and thirty low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) patients who underwent biopsy due to abnormal colposcopic findings were included in the study. The immunoreactivity of CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, and PD-1 was analysed immunohistochemically in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and stromal lymphocytes.
Purpose: Arachnoid cysts are usually asymptomatic lesions. However, they can sometimes cause intracranial hypertension, headache, seizures, focal neurological deficits, and bleeding. The most commonly used surgical techniques are microsurgical cyst fenestration/excision/drainage, cyst shunting, and endoscopic procedures.

Autoimmune rheumatic diseases have their own specific clinical presentation, and can affect multiple systems. Neurological involvement of autoimmune rheumatic diseases may involve both the central and peripheral nervous systems. Inflammation of neural tissue, autoantibody-mediated reactions, and small vessel vasculitis may be effective in the pathogenesis of neuropathy in autoimmune rheumatological diseases.
