Aim: The Barriers to Error Disclosure Assessment (BEDA) tool is used to measure barriers to the disclosure of medical errors by healthcare professionals. This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the BEDA (C-BEDA).
Background: The culture of disclosure and transparency in response to medical errors has been recommended in recent years.
Introduction: Although the disclosure of medical errors is an integral component of medical ethics, it remains inconsistent in practice worldwide. Despite various explanations of why healthcare professionals reveal their mistakes to patients, comprehensive comparisons and evaluations of this topic remain lacking. The objective of this review is to evaluate the experience of medical error disclosure among medical professionals who have been involved in such errors.

Objective: To explore the effect of mindfulness meditation on the level and needs of organizational support, and mindfulness awareness among nurses as second victims.
Aims: To investigate the experience and support of nurses as second victims in adverse events and explore factors.
Background: Adverse events have significant negative influences on healthcare professionals. However, there is still a lack of research on the impacts of individual and event factors.
