HELLP syndrome (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzymes and Low Platelets) was described by Weinstein in 1982. It has a high maternal and perinatal morbi-mortality rate. We undertook this study to evaluate perinatal outcome in patients with HELLP syndrome.
